Job Title: Physician Assistant
Location: Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Long Island
Duration: Part-time, Contract
Seeking Board Certified (or eligible) Physician Assistant to become part of our Pain Management provider team. Experience is a must in Pain management or orthopedics. Very busy practice in the five boroughs is looking for part time candidate. Must have positive attitude, excellent patient rapport, is highly organized. Ability to work in a high paced environment is a must. Should be able to work independently and see patients in our different locations; some travel is involved. Requirements:
- Applicants must be licensed physician assistants or in the process of obtaining their license.
- Good professional references (highly important)
- Must be able to work flexible hours typical hours are Monday -Friday only 10-6, 11-7 or 12-8
- Must have experience and interest in Pain management or orthopedics
- Must be willing to commute through out the 5 boroughs. ( a car is necessary)
- Must set a fixed schedule with us, we will send a schedule a month in advance.
We are looking for a physician assistant who:
- Can obtain a thorough medical history and physical examinations, diagnose and provide treatment and prescribe non narcotic medication if needed.
- Can counsel and discuss medical treatment with patients.
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, outgoing and personable.
- Has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Is methodical and detail oriented.
- Plus if knows E-Clinical
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $70.00 – $100.00 per hour
